Know all Men by these Presents:
That Joseph Taylor and Adaline Taylor wife
of said Joseph Taylor of the county of Auglaize
Ohio in consideration of Three Hundred and
Seventy dollars to them paid by John Wollary of the same place
the receipt where of is here by acknowledged do here by Grant barg=
ain Sell and convey to the said John Wolary, his heirs and
assigns forever The following described premises situated in the
county of Auglaize and State of Ohio to wit In Lot number
Twenty seven (27) Twenty Eight (28) and Thirty three (33) in the
town of Uniopolis as recorded on the plat of said town. and all
the Estate Title and Intrest of the said Joseph Taylor and Adaline
Taylor either in Law or Equity. of , in and to the said premises;
together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the same
belonging, and all the rents, issues and profits there of; To have
and to hold the same to the only proper use of the said John Wol=
ary, his heirs and assigns that they are the true and
lawfull owners of the said premises, and have full power to
convey the same; that the title so conveyed is clear free and
unincumbered: and further, that they will warrant and defend
the same against all claim or claims of all persons whomso ever
In Witness Whereof the said Joseph Taylor and Adaline Taylor
who here by releases her right and expectancy of Dower in
the said premises, have here unto set their hands and seals, this
Tenth day of March in the year of our lord one thousand eight
hundred and Seventy five.

Be it Remembered That on this tenth day of March in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy five
before me the subscriber a Justice of the peace in and for said
county personally came Joseph Taylor and Adaline Taylor the
Grantors in the foregoing deed and acknowledged the signing &
sealing there of to be their voluntary act and deed, for the
uses and purposes there in mentioned. And the said Adaline
Taylor wife of the said Joseph Taylor being examined by me
separate and apart from her said husband and the contents
of said Deed being by me made known and explained as the
Statute directs, declared that she did voluntarily sign seal
and acknowledge the same, and that she is still satis fied
there with, as her act and deed, for the uses and purposes
there in mentioned.
In Testimony Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed
