Surnames: Picklesimer, Lewis, Blevins
The double marker is for John Tilford Picklesimer and Okey Cyrus Picklesimer. John Tilford was the son of Dennis T. Picklesimer and Laura Bessie Lewis and was born in Pike County, Kentucky. John Tilford was the grandson of John Workman Picklesimer and Sarah Elen Blevins, born in Johnson County, Kentucky. As far as I know, Okey is still living, where is the question.
