My name is James S. Coulter, I was borb in Stillmore Ga. 12-30-33 to Effie and Perry Coulter, My Mother's maiden name was Simmons, she was Cherokee Indian and Perry's Mother was Indian, her name was Susan Smith, she was married to Pierce Coulter in Girard Ala. on April 21st. 1897. They had two children Perry and Emmie I don't know if we are related or not.
