I am looking for any information or living relatives of William Hill Coulter (1875 - 1932) married to a JE Ewing in 1897 in Macoupin County, Illinois. William was a Police Officer for the Litchfield, Illinois Police Department and was killed in the line of duty on May 8, 1932. Any information anyone could provide would begreatly appreciated as we are trying to put together some type of memorial to him and another Officer who lost his life in the line of duty.
