Are you Ira Paul? If so, I'm a cousin of yours. My grandmother is Edna Webb Abbott ("tincey") and my mom is Blanche Abbott Fowler Pardue. I believe I have a copy of ancestry info you gave to my grandmother. Great work!

My Mother was born in the Webb Family who settled and still reside in the communities known as Hope Villa & Oak Grove Communities...

The only "Catherine" I have listed is a sister to Joe Mart. I don't have much on her.......only that her name is Catherine and she was born about 1864 in whitley County, KY. If you are looking for someone from a TN County, this may not be her. Let me know.....

Eliza is the sister of my Great Grandfather Joseph Abbots, and was born @ Bentley, Walsall in 1866.
On the 1881 Census for Stone Row, Bentley Hay, Walsall, Eliza is residing with her widowed Mother Mary (nee Smith), and her profession is described as an 'assistant to her mother who was a dressmaker'.

They had a Son named Joseph, born on 31 January, 1888, who tragically died as an infant in the September Quarter of 1893, aged just 5 years.
On the 1881 Census for Stone Row, Bentley Hay, Walsall, Eli was living with his widowed Mother Mary (nee Smith), and his profession was a Furnace Engineer.
Emma's Father was William Dyke, a miner from Birchills, Walsall, U.K.

Ernest was born in 1864.
Son - Samuel Thomas was born on 11 September, 1894 @ Stone Row, Bentley, Walsall.
Dau.- Alice Selina was born on 22 July, 1896 @ 32, Reeve Street, Bloxwich.
Lavinia before her death on 1 December, 1921, was a Grocer shopkeeper from 124, Parker Street, Bloxwich, Walsall, U.K.

I am researching info on families that lived in Ascension Parish, LA, primarily Hope Villa and neighboring communities. My grandfather, WC Abbott, is writing a book about growing up on Bayou Manchac in the 1920s and '30s. It is full of stories about families he remembered. It will be his 2nd book.
