This is the right connection. I did have Williams given name but did not have or rather wasn't sure of the spelling of surname. My papers refer to it in various papers all three ways. Tried to find but all I found was the same as you in Penn. and wasn't at all sure if that was the correct William. The spelling of Marie/Maria is spelled various ways too, just to make searching a little more confusing. Her line of Peters goes to 1643 that is proven. She is a sister to my greatgrandfather, Philip Ball Peters. Would like to have William's birth/death dates & parents/siblings names and dates. Also the names, dates & spouses of their children, if possible. All I have on children is that there were 2 boys and 2 girls, no names or dates. Send information by e-mail, not here.
