I don't know how much help I can be to you I'm not that familiar with all of our history myself. My grandfater is Max Ables from Pulaski,TN. I can't remember my great grandfathers name. But those names you have do sound very familiar. I only meet that side of my family a few years ago. They have lived in Pulaski all there lives though. So I would suggest go to Pulaski and see if you can find what your looking for. The Ables family is very well known there. Not liked by a whole lot because of there beliefs and ways. Well not the whole family is not liked but my grandfather and his brothers aren't. The Ables men are very redneck and was known for being wild in their younger days. I hope I can some what help you.
