Hello everyone. I came to this site following info on the York Theater in West Point, VA. I have been seeking info on the possibility that the theater in West Point was giving away coupons, prizes or premiums to movie-goers at the turn of the century that could be redeemed for tiny parcels of land in Plum Point, VA. It is also possible that these premiums were being distributed through theaters in New York City. The name Manhattan is also associated with this land. Does anyone know anything about this?
