looking for John Abrahams born 1877 in Tottenham. I believe he was in District Carter Boys home in 1891. A John Abrahams aged 16 appears on passenger lists aboard the SS Numidian in 1893 bound for Halifax, Canada. The passenger list mentions Mr Merry's party for Stratford, Ontario. I would like to connect my John Abrahams to the one in the Boys home who was an apprentice tailor and the one who went to Canada. Mother Emma (nee Pallett) father John.
