I believe our great-grandfathers were brothers. I am descended from Samuel and Edith (sykes)Abrahams. His daugher Lydia was my grandmother. She married George P. Mountford (my grandfather) and had one son, George Samuel Mountford, (my father)b.1924.I am tracing Lydia's line. Information so far: born 1900-died 1925. Is buried at Greenwood Cemetary in Brooklyn along with her father Samuel b.1872 Manchester, Eng. d. 1955 and Edith b.? died 1950. I am unable to find Lydia's Obituary or birth records for my father George. Also cannot find marriage date for Lydia and George P. I also know Lydia's sister Laura married a Fanjoy and resided in Florida for part of her life. Any help or info is much appreciated.
