I'm siiting here with my Mom, Phyllis Phillips Lowery, and she says her grandmother Cordelia (maiden name Russell) was born on Nov. 22nd, but she doesn't remember the year. She died Feb 13th, 1958 (or 1959) and she's buried in Roderfield, WVA. Her husband Henry Keaton took the name Abram from his stepfather and he died in May or June of 1966 and he's also buried in Roderfield. Cordelia's grave is next to the graves of my grandparents, Charles W. Phillips and Ida Belle Abram Phillips. Henry's grave is a couple of rows over. Cordelia was from Ohio or Kentucky, but we're not too sure about that.
