Sorry we might be working on the same family but cant connect them. The Abram I have found is William Abram B abt 1835 M Maria Anderson they had son. James B 1860 M Emma Jane Warwick 1887.This is as far back as I can go so far. James was born in Canada and we have heard stories that he was born on ship coming over here . We also heard stories that he was supose to have had many Aunts and Uncles that came the same time his parents did and they scattered when they arrived in Canada and they never kept in touch with each other. James and this part of the family moved back and forth from Canada and Michigan lumbering. They were in Southern Michigan so they could of gone into Ohio some times. My husbands uncle has Kilts handed down from ones that came over here. The Kilt is green and orange and they were supose to be called Orange Men. Sorry thisprobably isnt going to help you.
I hope you can find info for you grandmother. If I can help in any other way let me know. Norene
