Abrassart, the artist

I have two paintings from I think the late 19th c or early 20th c. They are signed Abrassart. They came from France many years ago. Does anyone have any information about Abrassart the French or Belgium artist?

Hello,
my Abrassart ancestors are from south of Hainaut, a belgian department (province). The oldest that I know is Herman Abrassart and his spouce Marie Françoise Bernard. They were living in Solre Saint Géry. It is there that I lose their trace. I have till now never met your ancestors.
I know some Abrassart living in the States and coming from Boussoit (Belgium, region of Mons).
If you have more details concerning your ancestors, don't hesitate to send me them. I'll forward the message on my genealogical club.
