Kathryn Caroline Achilles, 97, formerly of 619 West 6th, died March 30, 1990, at Silver Oak Health Center, Hutchinson, after a long illness.
She was born March 19, 1893, at Inman, the daughter of Frank and Frieda Gamm. A resident of Hutchinson since 1937, moving from Inman, she was a homemaker.
On June 13, 1915, she married Frederick John Achilles at McPherson. He died Dec. 11, 1960.
Survivors include two daughters, Dorothy David, Inman, and Ruby Marlow, Kansas City, Mo.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at North Inman, Inman. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
Memorials may be sent to the charity of donor's choice in care of the mortuary.
