Looking for information on my father's family. My father's name was Frank Ackerman and he died in August of 1977. He was one of 10 or 12 children. I remember from a child having an Aunt Lavina (married name Bowland), an Uncle Tom, an Uncle Henry, but not much else. My father's parents were both deceased before I was born in 1945, so I have no info on them, but the family lived/farmed in the Clare, Michigan area. I am particularly interested in learning about a long, lost half sister named Katheryn Bowland
