I am searching for more information about my great grand father Clarence Fredrick Acord of Hotchkiss, WV (b. 1905 d. 1959), married to Cora Edder (Etter) Tedder Acord (b. 1906 d. 1994). I have attached a newspaper page with his obit. He had upwards of 15 children. My grandfather Willie Duane Acord (his son) told me that he had a sister that died at a very young age but I am not sure of her name. Clarence's mother was Laura E. McKinney Acord (b. 1885 d. 1872). I believe she married George Cook after the death of Clarence's father, but the Obit for Clarence lists her last name to be Akers. I am looking for more information on this Acord line. I do not have much information on Clarence's father, I believe his name was William Acord. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
