I have no connection to the Acy family, but am going to send you something I feel you will be ininterested in.In an old city cemet-ery-Amite, La.Tangipahoa Parish, William and his family are buried; old headstones and surrounded by an iron fence.William Acy,Sr.

Their children buried with them: Wm.Jr. b. 7 Sept.,1822 at Milwood Plantation,4 mi.s. of Columbia,S.C. no death date on him;2nd wife?? Mary Elizabeth Marchbanks Acy, b. 10 Mar.1831 and d.Jan.4,1890.;Geo.Washington Acy b. 17 Sept,1852 at New River,La.,d.21 Mary 1882 at Amite,La.;Lula Annie Acy born 10 Feb.1867 and d. 11 Sept.1876.;(These graves are enclosed in a low iron fence, the graves covered with shells);the markers 2 are marble, broken but now mended. The markers are light grey about 3 ft. high, there are decorative posts on the corners of the enclosed place. The cemetery is well kept by the city and is open daily from about 8 until 5-6 in the p.m., when the gates are locked. This is all I have, the information came from readings on the old markers. We were attracted to look because they looked so old.

This appears to be who you are seeking.
