I'm looking for information on Mary Adkins and her common-law husband, and father of her children, Jacob Harley, Earl of Oxford. This is the so-called Royal Line of Adkins. Does anyone have any information on him or on them other than the names of their children? They lived in the 1700s in VA. Her father was William V. Adkins. Any information would be appreciated.
