I already have the information I need on my Gottlieb Bachmann, he was the brother of my great-great grandmother Anna Barbara and he immigrated to the US in the mid 1870s, he married here in the US in Hancock County, Ohio to Anna Elisabeth Jakobs. The man you are speaking of is not one of my Bachmanns.

I have the church records of my Bachmanns back to the early 1700s and I got them directly from Switzerland.

It is David Aebersold I am pursuing more information on.
