I'm from Arkansas, and married into the Ahart family 35 years ago. I started doing research on my husbands (James Thomas Ahart) about 25years ago. I've gotten some information, but not near enough to satisfy my curiosty!
My (late-died 2/19/90) husband has a lot of family that lives in Arkansas, but with all the children of the brothers and sisters, they are scattering all over the US. Anyway,
I know a lot of us would be very interested in the facts about the Ahart reunion, and I would love to share information I have and that anyone else might have. I have gotten back as far as Mitchell Ahart (b circa 1800), but lost track of him along the way.
