Someone pls correct me if I'm wrong.
Are these the right marriages for these people?
First marriage for Jacob:
Jacob Aley Susannah Bear 30 Apr 1808 Jefferson
First marriage for Rachel:
Rachel H Russell Joseph Burchfiel 29 Dec 1829 Jefferson
Second marriage for both of them:
Rachel H Burchfiel Jacob Ealy 30 Apr 1840 Jefferson
Who in the world got married in 1827 that "everyone" (read--the name collectors/copiers) says is Jacob Ailey and Rachel H. UNK? Rachel hadn't even married J.Burchfiel yet!
26 people copied from the SAME SOURCE and have her listed as Rachel H. RURSUE with a marriage date to Jacob of 1827 and exact death date for each of 1860. What's the source of 1827 for anyone?
All help appreciated.
Thanks.
Shirley
