I am researching James "Jim" Gilbert Akins born in Georgia. He married Sarah Ellen Rutherford in Feb 1872. They had 8 children: Liberty Hill, Doc, Pet, Lucinda, William Riley, Georgeanna M, Nancy Catherine, and John. He died in Mississippi.
