my grandfathers name is juan alba his father is eugenio alba and his father is santo alba. my mother told me that the name alba comes from spain. there is a town with such name. till now i didn't know of anyone besides my family with such last name. we are dominicans. it is new for me to find that people with mexican ancestors also have the same last name.
