Hello,
I am looking for my Grandfather's Parents. All I know was he was born in or around Upperco Maryland or possably in Baltimore. He lived in both places at times in his life.His mother was called Grandmother Alban by my mother. My grandfather's name was Richard Franklin Harris. He is buried in Upperco at the St Pauls Luthern church. Any help anyone?
