Victor Quiaoit Albano, 43, of San Jose, formerly of San Diego, died Friday. He was born in the Philippines and was an electronics assembler. Survivors include his wife, Marizun; daughters, Karen and Claire of San Jose; sons, J.B. and Kenneth of San Jose; mother, Esther Albano of San Diego; sisters, Zenaida Cayetano, Florence Alba and Mary Rose Apostol of San Diego; brothers, Joseph and Manny of San Diego; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. tomorrow, El Camino Mortuary, 5600 Carroll Canyon Road, San Diego. Services: noon Saturday at the mortuary.
