Are your Aldridges connected to my Aldridges??. Mine came from Walsham le Willows, Suffolk in the 1800s and moved to Bradford, Yorkshire before one or two of them moved to Australia.

The earliest I have is William Aldridge. I'm guessing he was born around 1800. He had at least one son also William born abt 1824 in Walsham le Willows - he married Charlotte in 1846. Had Henry and John (both born in Walsham) - possibly others and granddaughter Elizzie (born in London).

Henry married Charlotte Louisa Woods (born in Walsham) in 1880.They had Charlotte Louisa, William George, Henry (known as Harry), Lizzie Ellen (all born in Walsham), Percy, George, and Lillian Emily.

Harry moved to Australia.
