I also see that you have the names Ale and Laubach. I have some info not to far up our family tree of Laubach(married names). There was a Bertelle Bucher- Laubach. I actually spoke to her daughter, Annabelle Laubach. She lived in Texas but was supposed to move back to California. She is an older woman, they did live in this area of PA years and years ago. Her husbands name is Walter, I believe. Very nice woman. I forget what she told me her maiden name was but I have it in with all my geneaology paperwork.

Henry or Harry Ale

I have a copy of the 1900 census that shows a Harry or Henry Ale (cant really make out the first name too well) It is listed under John Oman and his family as the father in law. I am not sure if this is Margaret's father or not but I am looking to see if any one has any information on him. He was born 2/1818. Can anyone clarify for me if this is Margaret's father and what his first name is. Also does anyone have an earlier census that they can locate his wife and family's name (children & their dates of birth or age) please send any info to kathy@remitcorp.com. Any info would be much appreciated.

Doing Lookups for you

People researching this name who suspect their ancestors may have immigrated to Pennsylvania in the 1700s from Swiss, German, Dutch or French origins, I'll be glad to do a lookup for you in the rare book, "Thirty Thousand Names of Immigrants".

This book is very time-saving and informative! Hope I can help!
