Acie Aleck
Milaca, MN - Acie Aleck was born on July 9, 1928 to Charley and Mariam (Beardsley) Aleck in Harrisburg, South Dakota. Acie served in the United States Air Force from 1947 to 1951 and 1952 to 1954. He was united in marriage to Carol Mueller on July 2, 1955 at the First Lutheran Church in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The couple resided near Milaca and Acie worked from 1959 until retirement in 1991 at Franklin Manufacturing in St. Cloud in the freezer division. He was a member of the American Legion Post in Milaca. Acie died July 13, 2001 at the age of 73 years and 4 days.

Acie is survived by his wife, Carol: 2 daughters, Teresa (Ron) Henderson of Superior, WI and Yvonne (Bill) Lode of Shoreview, MN and 2 grandchildren, Sara Jo Henderson and Alex Lode, one brother: Joe (Grace) Aleck of Harrisburg, SD, mother in law: Mabel Mueller of Milaca, brother in law: Keith (Joyce) Mueller of Milaca, sisters in law; Charlotte Aleck and Ann Aleck both of Harrisburg and nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 18, 2001 A at the Perterson Johnson Funeral Home in Milaca. Friends may call from 5 to 8 PM on Tuesday at the Peterson Johnson Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Borgholm Cemetery in Bock.
