Alfone in Spain

My name is Mary and I´m Joe´s oldest sister. I currently live in the north of Spain. I´ve travelled extensively throughout Europe including Italy but never know how to find other family members because I don´t really know our original last name. I´m sure it was "Americanized" when our ancestors migrated to America. Is anyone sure of the Alfone origin? Hey Joe.
