Hi! Thanks for getting back to me. I went to a genealogy seminar last Sunday in Lancaster, PA. There two men from Northern Ireland there. When I asked them if they knew the name Algeo, they said they knew someone in Ireland by that name. I'm going to ask them to put me in touch with him. I asked them if they thought it would be beneficial to do the DNA. They said mostly definitely. They said its an unusual name with not many with the name. Said it would be interesting to have the person they know in Ireland have the DNA test and compare the two. They seem to think our ancestors were Italian Catholics!

Will keep you informed. Connie
