I really recommend that you go to the Familytreedna.com site and things are explained there in pretty simple terms. The cheapest test is sufficient to determine to which basic "haplogroup" your husband belongs -- and if he and my brother are NOT in the same group, it would be a piece of valuable information -- suggesting that we are not all descended from old Jacobo Algeo, papal legate.
