I have just started to research my family and came across this message. My mother is Elaine Alix, daughter of Jean Felix Alix and Angelina Beauchamp. I know my great-grandfather Achille had a maple syrup farm in Vermont in the early 1900's, after moving from Canada; and later moved to Rhode Island. I have photos of the gravestones with names and dates in my files. Please let me know if you would like to share information.
