I am researching John ALLEN, born c. 1799 in Tennessee and Winifred HILL, born c. 1800 in Georgia. They had these children: William H., son, Elizabeth, John F., James M., Thomas, Nathaniel Green, George Washington and Rebecca Susan ALLEN. John died before 1870 in Eagle Cliffs, Monroe CO, IL and Winifred also died before 1870 in Illinois.
