For those ALLENDEs interested in determining whether and how they are related to Salvador ALLENDE Gossens, President of Chile (1970-1973), the attached file may prove useful.
If you're interested in kinship to Isabel ALLENDE note that there are two who are public figures:
- Isabel ALLENDE Bussi, daughter of Salvador ALLENDE, and current Chilean legislator
- Isabel ALLENDE Llano, the writer, is - contrary to widespread misinformation - the daughter of Salvador ALLENDE's first cousin, not of his brother.
