Englert Aloys

It's a strech but I hope I can get an answer. My mother once said that Aloys was the name Aloysius.
I need to know if Englert Aloys was the town shepperd around 1820 or 1825. He had children with Marta Grimm. If he was not the town shepperd, then perhaps it was Christine, their daughter, who had children with the town shepperd. The Bergermeister would not allow the town shepperd's marriage to be recognized although he had several children. Year after year he promissed there would be a marriage, but it was not allowed. Finally the town shepperd slaughtered all the sheep right down to the last lamb. He was then locked up until death by the Bergermeister. My grandfather told my mother the story and his father told him.
My grandfather was born 1905. He was a printer and an artist.
His father was born in 1867 and was a printer/typesetter.
My grandfather's grandmother was Christine Grimm born 1828. Her mother and father were Marta Grimm and Englert Aloys born around 1800. I just wanted to know who the town sheppard was at that time in the early 1800s.
I would also like to know if the town priest married the couple in secret or if this too was not allowed. If there are names and family history before these ladies, Marta and Christine, I would love to see the documentation.
