My African American "Alstons" lived in the Enterprise Comm.
in Warren County, NC. Peter and Margarette Alston lived on
land that is now located on the Newsom Road. I am asking
for help in "Bible Research" to located their slaveowner.
Their land was in the middle of land owned by the following
families: Gray, Johnson,Pierce and Egerton.
Their land was know as the Peter G. Alston Homeplace
and in the early 1900 the son Peter and his wife Alice and Peter's sister Leah lived on this land.
