Lavina Alt married Peter Best. Their daughter married my great, great uncle Lewis Sonntag 04 Mar 1902 in Lima, Allen Co., OH. Marriage record lists her father as P W Best and mother Lavina Alt. How in the world did she get to Lima??? Peter and wife are in Elk Co. PA both in 1900 and 1910. I have a photo of "Uncle Lou", but nothing on Lavina. I know that in 1930 they are in Great Falls, MT and he was involved with Oil Drilling. Any ideas or info? Thanks Paula
