I'm a Lochhaas (Des Peres, MO) descendent, my ggg-granparents being Johannes B Lochhaas SR (1813) and his wife Catherine Hoffmann (1820). I live and work near Des Peres (at the LCMS-IC), also very close to the St Louis County Library. I, too, am very interested in researching the church records of Nieder Moos to complete our ancestral line. Have you ever ordered and attempted to read the international microfilms (1201815-1201820) from Family History Library? I'm prepared to do that, but I don't want to duplicate work that may have already been done in that regard. Please let me know if you or anyone else has information for me related to Lochhaas or is interested in helping me in my find. Thanks in advance for your replies.
