Does anybody know of or is part of the family of Joel Jesse Alve and Lillian Alves nee Phelan...Lillian Phelan is the sister of my great-grandmother Beatrice Mary Phelan. Lillian was born in Massachusetts and lived in Somerville with much of my family at least during the 40s.
