I have only just seen your posts and hope I can help.
My grandfather was Nicola Alvino of Caulonia. I know he had 2 brothers, Francesco who migrated to the US and Antonio who migrated to Australia, not sure if he had othe brothers & sisters. Nicola had 5 children 3 son who migrated to Adelaide Australia with their uncle Antonio and another son and daughter who remained in Italy. I am the youngest of Nicola's grandsons in Australia, only my brother (also Nicola)and I. the other grandchildren are all girls, 11 of them. I was born in Caulonia and immigrated with my parents at a young age.
