Data extracted from "The Ambler Family of Pennsylvania", by Frank Rhoades Ambler, edited by Mary Grace Ambler, assistant editors Thomas Edward Ambler and Gail Ambler Cunicelli, Privately printed, 1968, has been posted on Roots Worldconect in database 'psapsa2.'

Names and dates through the 8th generation have been entered in this GEDCOM, along with spouses, and in laws where they appear.

The data includes 383 of the 480 listed Ambler-surname descendants of Joseph (1660-1700), born in England, died at Philadelphia. The book does not follow female descendants (i.e., surnames other than Ambler) beyond the first marriage and family (if any). The book is not indexed. The book shows no ties to English ancestory. The book has partial info on Ambler descendant generations 9, 10, 11, but as these potentially would be living individuals they would not be accessed in Roots Worldconnect in any case, so they are not included in this GEDCOM.
