I know my father was born in Vienna, Austria Sept 29th, 1947. I believe his mothers name was Ambrose, but it could be his fathers. He was adopted by Charles & Freta Riggs of Caracas, Venuzuela when he was around 5 yrs old from an orphanage in Vienna that sat on a lake. He may have had a sibling as well.
