My immigrant ancestor, DANIEL AMBS was born 22 Nov 1856 in SIEGELAU and emigrated to NY in 1885. The family however traces back to a family farm near UNTERSIMMONSWALD in the mid 1600's.I am interested in sharing information with anyone researching AMBS families from the SIMMONSWALD or SIEGELAU areas.
