Charles Amer, father of Henry Mark is shown on 1851 census for Westminster, as AMMER being born in Bromham Wiltshire. He is then a Grenadier guardsman! Hence the name Inkerman in Charlie Amers name. In 1861 still in Westminster as Amer. Regards Pauline (MAC)
