I am working on the Southern Indiana Amick's. Most of my folks were in Clark County before moving upstate after the 1937 flood. The Amick's were one of the first families into Clark County in the 1820's or earlier.

There's a William H. Amick buried at the Zoah Christian Church in Scott County, b. 1834 d. 1910, but sound slike that's a little early for your ancestor. William was a popular name. Any more info on your relative?
