I have been reading the message board with great interest since my great-grandfather was William Henry Amick, b. ca 1853 in or near Scott County Indiana or Kentucky. I would like to learn more about him and his family. My mother, daughter of William Henry's daughter, told me he had a brother named Amick who lived in Missouri. William Henry Amick was married to Margaret Alice Deal (b. 1/13/1860 Scott Co, IN) and their children were Georgianna Amick (b. 8/6/1879 my grandmother), Grace, Mabel, Charles, Harry (an M.D.), Wilbert, and Ray.

I'd love to find out more about this family if anyone out there knows.
