Last Will of Wm. Ammon Filed Dec 21, 1870
Basics of Will: Beloved wife in lieu of her dower the use of the farm on which we not reside situate in Mercer County Ohio, so long as she remains my widow and all the stock and household goods which may be there on at the time of my decase to long as she remains my widow, instructed to pay for burial. To my two sons John Ammon and Henry Ammon and their heirs, if however either of my said two sons should die leaving no children or either of them the share of said property. IF both should die without children the property by then shall go to my son Isaac Ammons and my two daughters, Catherine Woshon and Mary Ammon and at the death of my wifeor intermarriage bequeathed my personal property equal between my three sons and two daughters, Isaac Ammon, Catharine Woshon, Mary Ammon, John Ammon and Henry Ammon.
