J.J. AMMON (30 Nov 1866 - 5Oct 1934) was the son of Ralph Aman (no info)and Agnes Coulter Prior (15 Jun 1829-20 Jan 1916). They were married 12 Feb 1866. No explanation as to the name spelling change, but that is the way it was spelled on the wedding certificate and the ensuing divorce papers.

Helen Americus Robinson (13 Aug 1867- 15 Jul 1942) was the Daugher of Elias Robinson(3 Jan 1831- 4 Mar 1902)and Mary Moody . They married 26 July 1860. He was a farmer, and a former Sgt. in the 48th Illinois Rifle Regiment that marched through Atlanta with General Sherman.

I'm still trying to sort out Ralph Aman. Will have to try some of the DNA matches. Doug
