Hi, i'm looking for any info on the canadian branch of the amsbary family. My great grandmother was Emma Elizabeth Amsbary(1857-1924) her father's name was John Amsbary(1827 to about 1890) both of them born in Ontario. Emma's mother was Mary stevens (1834-1911) and Mary's father was Elijah Stevens. I believe John's father may have been william, but i don't know with certainty...there is almost certainly a Loyalist connection, but agian, my details are sketchy...appreciate any clues anyone can offer.
