Well, I guess I'm adding more to the confusion but I'm lost on this family. My great great grandmother is Albena Amyot, born July 2 1858 in Canada although I don't know where. Her husband here in Connecticut was Louis Bessette b. August 26, 1855 at L'Ange Guardien. I am told by my grandmother that Albena' parents were Phillip Amyot and Sena Hanfield. It has been suggested her name may have been Elumena or Rose De Lima.
